Our unique new development for the  high-containment-area:

RoTab T W(ash) i(n) P(lace)

In close cooperation with one of the biggest pharma machines manufacturer in the world, we designed our RoTab T for the operation in a glove-box-system.

The compression compartment is constructed in fully washable design. All installed parts are from non corroding steel or Polyamid, an inflatable sealing locks the technical compartment hermetically up against the production area. Further optimization helps the operator to access all vital machine parts easily through the glove ports.

The complete machine control is performed by a 15“ touch screen display, which is located outside of the glove box. All machine parameters as die table speed, fill depth control, regulation, compaction forces and many other can be monitored and adjusted easily. The evaluation data can be accessed by ethernet or remote control.

news_3A highly sensitive diagnosis system helps the operator to monitor all vital machine function and status.

Push-Push-filter systems in the glove box detains reliable any escape of toxic dust.

Rotative washing nozzles and a spray pistol guarantee a thoroughly pre cleaning and a save opening of glove box flaps after binding all dust in the compression compartment.
